Winner agrees to provide adequate food, water, indoor heated shelter, love and good maintenance to this feline at all times, as well as proper veterinary care when required.

Any & all future veterinarian/health care bills are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Kitten applications for the annual "Free Cozy Kitten Contest" are carefully reviewed & the winner is selected by our panel of judges which consist of 4 members of the Cozy Kitten Staff. One entry per household. Our tracking system tracks your IP. Multiple entries from the same IP will result in disqualification of all your entries. MISREPRESENTATION OF ANY FORM will disqualify your entry.
