Re: PIC Change
to NORTHEAST MISSOURI LONG DISTANCE
Thank you for choosing Northeast Missouri Long
Distance, L.L.C., as your toll provider.
You will now need to complete a PIC Change Letter verifying your
authorization to provide you with Interlata service (outside the 660/816/913
area codes) and/or Intralata service (within the 660/816/913 area codes). Before
your long distance service can be changed to NELD, this form must be signed, dated and returned to our office.
In addition, you will see at the bottom of our form
an option to put a PIC (Primary Interexchange Carrier) freeze on your
account. This merely means your long
distance carrier cannot be changed without your consent or knowledge. If you would like this free option, please
place a check mark on the line and in the future, if we receive notification
from a different long distance carrier to change your service to them, we will
not do so until we have your consent.
