In January, 2002 we purchased a VERY large building on the Northwest Corner of the Square in Unionville, Missouri. In this historic building, Putnam Dye Company was begun and Sheaffer pens were invented. With the help of one of the previous owners, (Eric Hoover), contractors, and good friends, we intend to begin the restoration of this building very soon. We will begin with the ground floor - that floor will be the home of the new 1,200 sf. Subway Store in this town, with my office behind it and another business behind THAT (yes all on that one floor, it's huge like I said)
I will be adding to this page as progress is made on the building. We will start with "before" pictures and over a period of months update with "after" photos.
Enjoy watching the progress
(and feel free to come help)
