Putnam County Fair - Other Events and Activities Pictures

            The Putnam County Fair tries very hard to have a wide range of events and 
activities for all ages to enjoy. We are willing to add things so if you would like
something in particular, let one of the board know. Below you will find a sampling
of some of our more popular attended events. 

Above: The Kids Petal Tractor Pull, held on Tuesday afternoon, is loved by the kids and adults alike. This little girl is giving it everything she's got. You won't want to miss it!   

Above: Another extremely popular crowd pleasing event is the He Man She Man Contest. Couples perform various fun tasks (locating an object from the "pie") to see how well they can work together. 

Below: The Kids Games have been a well attended and fun activity for many years here at the fair. There are several events for different age groups and of course prizes as well!    

  Below: The  Putnam County Fair has several different tractor pulls to fit everyone's tastes. The Farm Tractor Pull is just one of these where competitor's can test their skill and power against the competition.  

 Below: If you "have the need for speed" then the 
ATV Rodeo was made just for your tastes. Held on Saturday, it has grown to where there are over 100 entries (and a good group of spectators too).  

 Below: The Baby Show which is held on Thursday morning is another of our large events here at the fair. Babies come from all over to "show off" for their families as well as for the judges.   

Above: If you're interested in more "hands on" type of entertainment, then the still popular Horseshoe pitching may be for you. You'll have to be good (or at the least lucky) to do well in this event. 

Above: If smaller tractors are more your style, then the Lawnmower Pull on Friday evening should fit the bill. These tractors can really entertain and don't cost as much to get started in as do some of the others.
