Awards Banquet Info!
It is time again to honor our show participants at the annual awards banquet. This year’s banquet will be held at the Green City Community Room on Saturday, November 1st at 6:30 p.m. To reach the Community Room, from Highway 6 follow Highway 129 into Green City (opposite of where you turn to go to the horse show). The Community Room is on the west side of the square.
The evening will begin with a carry-in meal and will be followed by the auction and awards presentation. We ask that each family bring at least one covered dish and an item for the auction, as it provides much of the funding for our awards program each year. When deciding what to bring for the auction, we would suggest horse-related items or western themed decor. Please remember..these proceeds fund our awards! So, please bring an item you would like to buy yourself, with a $10.00 minimum value.
Invitations have been mailed to club presidents and all who paid for points this year. If you know of other horse show participants, sponsors, or friends and family who wish to attend, please invite them as well. Hope to see you there!!
