It's time!!!!
As many of you know, each year at this time we begin to harvest fields
of our world famous Cozy Catnip and my girls sew the fresh hybrid
Cozy Catnip into cute little pillows and Fleece Catnip Bows.
Their Cozy Catnip store only remains open for a few short months so
get 'em while they last!!!
This year, we'll be introducing our new Cozy Catnip Fur-Snakes!
These little strips of faux fur & REAL leather have been nesting in buckets
of the fresh Cozy Catnip and are ready for hours upon
hours of bouncing-off-the-wall fun....Yeee-Ha!!!!
All will be factory sealed in vented bags for freshness so you can
keep extra's stored away for a rainy day! :)
Make sure you store them under lock & key though, as one customer
has reported that one of her cats broke into her kitchen cupboards while
she was out so he could help himself to this amazing Cozy Catnip!

Each Cozy snake is a little bit different and original, they measure about 7 inches long. Their wiggly little bodies are covered with faux fur embedded on real leather for added excitement and fun!

And though we usually only have Cozy catnip bows & bags....
as we were out in the catnip fields picking the catnip, we spotted these
strange little catnip-field mice!!!!
They were quite friendly and unlike any other field mice we have ever seen!
They were not your typical brown field mice, they were green, blue, red and purple!
The strangest thing of all about these catnip field mice was...
THEY HAVE NO LEGS!!!
They have this strange heavy weight ball at the base of them!
Every time they tip over, they pop back up again!!
Yeah, I guess you would say they have little wobble butts!! LOL
Anyway, we were able to chase & catch a few of them!
So, they too will be added to our 2007 Cozy Catnip Page!!

Catnip Facts
Catnip, a member of the mint family, is a harmless "high" for felines.
Although many cats will eat it, scientists say they're reacting to the smell rather than the taste.
Felines bite, chew, rub against, and roll in catnip to release
the volatile oil trapped in the leaves.
Catnip is harvested when this essential oil production reaches its peak,
and leaves and fragrant flowers are carefully air-dried to preserve essential oils at their best.
Feline catnip addicts are lucky because they suffer absolutely no side
effects other than extreme happiness!:)
One thing about catnip - the fresher, the more the reaction.
Many toys for cats are sold as "with catnip", which supposedly encourages the cat to play & exercise.
I rarely find these work, as they have been on the shelf for any length of time.
For the catnip-loving cat, sniffing this herb is harmless and non-addictive.
